• have a university or college degree in the areas of waste management, water management, public health, hygiene, safety or similar
• have at least 5 years relevant work experience and have at least 2 years spent in non-european countries
• are native speaker or at least fluent in English  and if you are French / Spanish / Russian or Arabic speaker
• have experience in working with donor agencies
• are ready to perform on short or long term assignments abroad
• are creative and practical thinking
