Project description:

The company RAE Training and Consul. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia was the first company certified by the Ministry of Health for training and consultation activities on healthcare waste in Saudi Arabia. On recommendation of the Ministry of Health, the company ETLog Health EnviroTech & Logistics GmbH, Germany got the order to supply permanent support to this new funded company to enable them to supply professional training courses and consultation services in the field of healthcare waste.

Services provided by ETLog Health GmbH:

ETLog Health EnviroTech & Logistics GmbH supported the company RAE in: 

• Strategic development of the new company, capacity building programs for employees of RAE;

• Development of training programs and services to be supplied by RAE;

• Set up of waste management programs for Saudi Arabian Hospitals (Public and private Sector);

• Carrying out of Analysis’s, planning’s and feasibility study in the field of healthcare waste;

• Planning of a healthcare waste treatment center for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia;

• Curriculum development and support in the carrying out of training courses for healthcare waste;

• Support of the management team;

• Detailed planning for the set up of a centralized healthcare waste treatment centre.
