Project description:
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has received a health-financing contribution from KfW Development Bank on behalf of the Government of Germany to finance the Project Rehabilitation and Health Systems Improvement in Eastern and Central Districts, NAD Province. The total cost of the project will be approximately 15 million EUR of which 14 million EUR will be provided by a financial contribution of the German Financial Cooperation.The program should contribute the rebuild and to improve the health services in the province Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD).
Services provided by ETLog Health EnviroTech & Logistics:
- Initial Needs Assessment on Hospital, Puskesmas, Polindes and Pustu level in 8 districts of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province: Waste water, healthcare waste, injection safety and education / awareness;
- Planning of central and de-central solutions for waste and waste water concepts;
- Development of provincial training curriculum;
- Supporting of the procurement process and tendering;
- Development of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Standards for the province in collaboration with the GTZ and Provincial Health Office;
- Implementing of conceptual waste, waste water approaches in appointed facilities;
- Set up of a training center;
- Capacity building: Training of Trainers approach and Training for Puskesmas appointees;
